The room was smaller than expected, making it a bit cramped for two travelers, especially with luggage. Allergies became an issue due to an unannounced cat on the premises, which significantly impacted my comfort. the breakfast offerings were quite good, showcasing gourmet options that pleased the palate.

locked bathroom, beautiful decor, cozy vibe
Uncomfortably warm temperatures, particularly in the room!!! The noise from the busy road is quite intrusive, especially when trying to relax. A bit of soundproofing might make a world of difference!!! Limited dining options in the immediate area.

Tried it so you don’t have to!
Unexpected luxury awaits! The decor was beautifully done, with attention to detail, and a fantastic breakfast that included fresh options to fuel your day. The host's warmth and helpfulness truly enhanced the stay.
Beware of potential noise from the nearby busy road. The temperature in the room felt uncomfortably warm at times, affecting the overall ambiance for a restful sleep.

The Deluxe Double Room had a solid setup with a separate bathroom that felt private and secure, giving a nice sense of ownership during the stay. We loved that the bathroom was locked for our use only, making it easy to stash away essentials.
Unfortunately, the property is nestled in a residential area, which comes with its share of noise from a nearby busy road, especially noticeable with the window open. The temperature in the room was quite stuffy. despite following the instructions to turn off the radiator, it remained uncomfortably warm, and the overall ambiance didn’t help for a good night's sleep. For anyone allergic to cats, the surprise presence of one on the premises could certainly be an issue.

the decor was super nice and felt really home-y, it was comfy even tho we just stayed for one night. the breakfast was amazin, cooked to order and they had the best fresh pancakes ever! neil was a great host, really friendly and had good tips for places nearby. the atmosphere was chill and quiet, made us feel like we had our own space. we loved the little toiletries pack they left for us too, was a nice touch.
the only thing was we wished we coulda stayed longer. also, there were a few places nearby but kinda limited options for dinner.

A Warm Home Away from Home
Staying here felt like visiting a friend. Neil's hospitality made my solo trip truly memorable—he organized a complimentary pick-up from the train station. I appreciated the clean, cozy deluxe room and a hearty breakfast that kick-started my day. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Coleraine!
